"This was a good place to work. The company takes a strong stand on safety! The atmosphere and the attitude of my coworkers was good. Upper management and leadership supportive! I would recommend this company."
"I worked with DuPont Pioneer for 15 years. It was at first a warm and creative place. As new management was hired and more aggressive managers became more prevalent, the amount of work and the impact of the work became higher. On the other hand, care was not done in hiring these individuals as their ability to execute in a corporate setting presented many ethical concerns and the respect for people was based on a like-don't-like basis rather than performance based systems (which became corrupt)."
"I've worked for DuPont for 14 years and I have had a lot of varied experiences that have allowed me to develop and grow in many different ways. Ultimately, though, it is a typical manufacturing company with its internal politics and engineering mindset which isn't always conducive to the creative out of the box thinker."
"Nice company to work with."
"I have over 13 years experience at this employer and have steadily been promoted, however, this employer is very stagnant and change is difficult."
"Terrible place to work due to the unethical acts of the management team. Problems are tucked away and bandaided so the CFO doesn't realize what truly is going on."
