"The location and the people I worked with in our lovely clean office with windows."

"The salary was too low. It worked for me at the time, because I was married."

"The need to up the salaries. There are always openings on Career builders for this company for the same positions. Its the salaries!"

"I enjoyed working with the physically challenged children and their unconditional love. I also enjoyed the billing process as there were several managed care, state and government programs involved being that I is a not for profit. iI also loved chairing the Finance Committee as I love finding better solutions to current and potential problems."

What don't you like about working at Easter Seals?

"They claim to be open to accommodation for family needs. However, in reality they hold any time off for this against you. Also, there was no room for advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should reinforce what they tell their employees. There is also a definite need for improved communication."
