1.8ECS is a government contracting company. The source of revenue comes from us going around the whole and present ourselves to anyone for radar projects only. Its difficult to have contracts as ECS doesn't do anything else. Just radar and for me working there for about 2 years, I wanted to move up and be involve in more of a better position, but my supervisor didn't seem interested and just kept on saying to wait for how the company goes, so I wouldn't suggest anyone to work for ECS.
4.1This company requires an extreme work ethic and demands a hands-on approach to all engineering problems. Engineers talk with drafters and machinists every day to make sure everything is flowing according to schedule and correct to what the customer's requirements are. The preferred drawing software for Engineers and Drafters at ECS Composites is SolidWorks so if you want a job at this company coming with SolidWorks experience is required to succeed.
3.4ECS Greensboro has a work environment that introvert people might get very comfortable inside of it, but anyone that tries to create any type of good relationship inside and outside the company would not appreciate. It lacks some organization from the leaders, but if you are organized you can accomplish your goals inside the company.
