"Be honest and show what you can do. Though its an open environment, you still have to work hard, so show that you can be self sufficient when you need to be."

What don't you like about working at ELERTS?

"We don't have a microwave or a toaster oven. Thats about it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wouldn't. The company is run in a very low stress way, and everyone is pretty much happy, thanks to our great CEO!"

"The public safety goals of the products were what drew me to this company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Although they appear to be very telecommuter friendly, the reality is that the CEO very much needs people in the same office that he is in. If you aren't prepared to commute to Weymouth MA, be careful."

What don't you like about working at ELERTS?

"Poor communications and lack of delegations ultimately cause our choice to separate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company would be more efficient and effective if the CEO would truly delegate responsibility and hold other accountable, as opposed to micro-managing at all levels."
