"Elyon plans in advance; they have had steady work for me for the last three years. If that ever came into question, they helped me move from a project that no longer had funding to another project that did. They are pleasant and good people, who are supportive of customers. They are also straight talkers."
"Elyon International leaves out a lot of information during the interview and hiring process that I feel potential employees and new employees should be told. They told me there were a few years on the contract when I was hired, they did not inform me that even with a few years on the contract it could end before then. In one years time there were 5 occasions when we didn't know if it would end early and we would be out of jobs. They do not give raises. They are not good at following through with things. A year ago they decided they would pick an employee of the month to recognize people because they don't do raises, about half the time they actually do this. 8 months ago they told all the employees they were going to start giving out raises and they just needed to finalize some things and to date they haven't done anything, if you inquire about the status of this they give you the run around. If you contact them you are lucky if they get back to you in a couple weeks if at all. They often contradict themselves as well. The company we are contracted out to is awesome! You couldn't ask for better hours Monday through Friday 8-4:30 and the people in the offices you are contracted out to are great!"
