"This place is not for someone looking to grow into their career. Everything in company is controlled by upper management (similar to many other companies) but here things are a lot different. Supervisors have no control over hiring its upper management’s call and will bring people whom they are comfortable or have known them before. Employees have less than 1% chance of getting promotions for higher positions because management will only hire individuals outside of organization who absolutely have no knowledge on the subject matter or type of skill as those (in-house) looking to take those roles for years. Promotions are very limited and very little growth in terms of compensation."
