"Pay is a little better than most...expenses are ALWAYS paid late. You have to compare your hours every time because they will take hours off your time card to show better proffit margins...and get their bonus!"

"Dont do it! It woud be a waste of time and not worth the future loss."

What don't you like about working at Empirica?

"85% turnover rate due to poor, immature, greedy, kniving, Lying, Sr. Manager.The junior mgmt are merely pawns with no spine or structure, they can be better controlled that way by the fattard they work for.The Manager has employed all his nephews and family members and gives them top pay and preference to all the premium Offshore jobs, leaving everyone else to battle for scraps onshore.They restructure your pay often so that the company makes more profit, bigger bonus for fat Pat."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This senior manager is pitiful at managing employees and is ruining the company's reputation amongst the professional employees. His sole goal is to show a higher profit for his own personal gain even if it means stealing from the employees to get it! All I have to say is 85% turnover rate - that should tell you right there!"

"be prepared to be on site for LONG periods of time."

"That when they tell you you are going to work 21 days on 7 days off they don't mean it..."
