"The CEO's focus is on a different silo of the company, and his desire to see that area grow. Fundraising is a different animal and if the company is going to keep fundraising, energy should be focused on fundraising as well."

"I am a self starter and I am able to set my own appointments. I have worked very hard for the company and it has paid off for all the years employed."
