"It is really hard, which is often a pro, but sometimes it is nearly unbearable."

"In TS, keep on doing what you're doing. IS and R&D online reputation is tarnishing the rest of the company, so find a way to nip that in the bud."

"I worked for one year starting in 2019. They have very intense and somewhat nebulous expectations, and although you have a lot of support, not all resources are clearly available. However, they invest a lot in helping you succeed and provide a wonderful campus and lots of training support."

I like creating reports based on the current state of their workflows, analyzing this data and developing recommendations to improve processes."

"I consistently work 70+ hours per week, and this burns employees out."

"Work with employees to help them balance a work/home life relationship."

"The main problem I have is that you are doing about the same thing after 2 years as 4, additionally since they thrive on taking kids with relatively less attractive degrees (psychology, for example), they tend to underpay."

"The environment is very casual but the employees take their jobs seriously, keeping patient safety at the forefront of everything they do. Unlike typical American companies, the workers do not concern themselves with typical issues like keeping their work under budget, giving them the freedom to concentrate on their work. The job is challenging with some very demanding hours."
