"I worked for one year starting in 2019. They have very intense and somewhat nebulous expectations, and although you have a lot of support, not all resources are clearly available. However, they invest a lot in helping you succeed and provide a wonderful campus and lots of training support."

"The main problem I have is that you are doing about the same thing after 2 years as 4, additionally since they thrive on taking kids with relatively less attractive degrees (psychology, for example), they tend to underpay."
"The environment is very casual but the employees take their jobs seriously, keeping patient safety at the forefront of everything they do. Unlike typical American companies, the workers do not concern themselves with typical issues like keeping their work under budget, giving them the freedom to concentrate on their work.
