"I worked for Essilor of America for a little under a year. Essilor is one of the largest lens providers in the world with pioneer lens coating technology Crizal. Essilor also established the Essilor Vision Foundation which helps provides free eye exams and prescription lenses to children around the world who otherwise would not be able to afford them. While my time was short, it was enjoyable with very few negatives."

"POLITICS. Extreme silos. Very little atmosphere of *let's work together*. More of a *watch your back* place."

"Way too many VPs... no respect for ideas from the working level staff"
