"It was my company. I began the company, wrote the articles of incorporation, and wrote all the grants to support this effort. We dressed 3300 people per year with recycled business attire from the community."

"Some of Sr Mgmt did not follow the core values set up by the company and were quite frankly a hypocritical culture."

"Do as you say you will do and recognize that diversity in the work place is a good thing. By diversity I mean, outside the state of California."

"Nothing at Lilly is worth liking. It is a vanilla organization where they despise uniqueness."

"Do yourself and everyone you know a favor and don't interview here. There are plenty of other places to work."

"Everything beginning with their homogeneous thinking. They reward silent zombies. Stepford wives is a beginning at what it is like to work there."

"They should all quit. They would never survive in a real job. Pack up the tent and save civilization."

"I worked for the CFO, Executive VP Finance and he allowed me to independently. Wants individuals who take initative and good follow through in order to meet deadlines. I have good written and verbal communication."

"Mamagement likes individuals who can bring new ideas and expertise to help the company do new business. They need individuals to help with investors to sell mortgage loans."
What don't you like about working at Impac Mortgage?
"CEO and President need to allow the employees opportunity to get involved more with decision making."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to do the due diligence before making mergers and acquistions of other companies in the future. They have not done any due diligence of new companies, and doing new business with mortgage originations and residential/commercial loans."

"I am also involved in conservation so I felt I could really connect to the mission of the MACC"

"The Board of Directors are not all behind fundraising so their were mixed messages as to what they were expecting. Non of them had experience in fundraising."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find a better balance of micro managing staff and hands off approach. Compensate and take care of the staff with better benefits."
