"I have worked for Experian QAS for about 10 months now. They have a great company culture, and really push you to grow outside of your limits. I have some issues with the structure of the upper management, and it is difficult at times to know what issues to escalate to whom."

"I've worked for Experian for the last 2 years as a Software Developer. It's a decent place to work, but they really love contractors. Expect to work with 70% contractors if you're on the IT side of the business. The system is old and fragile, and there's no motivation to fix the problems. The Mobile division was doing some very interesting stuff though."

"If you're interviewing with Experian Consumer IT don't bother. It is extremely dysfunctional and there's zero trust across the organization. Look elsewhere."

"No empowerment. No trust. No collaboration. Adversarial relationship between IT & the business."

"IT management needs to trust its employees to make decisions. Build relationships / partnerships with the business and vendors."

"If you are ready to work just for the pay check this is the place for you, don't expect a meaningful job. You are here for the money and you could be fired for no reason."

"It doesn't matter how you have to achieve the goals over your personal life, there's no need to do the things in the right way, you could be fired any day by any reason."

"I would stop thinking all the time on money and I would start doing the things right, not just to hide mistakes and make temporal solutions."
