What do you like about working at Fairview Health Services?

"I was paid very well for my line of work. However, I feel I was over paid. I think in this department for is done and the amount of expertise put into the job many of my coworkers did not take there job seriously. As well as the manager did not follow through on implementation of new policies."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be cautious... make sure the organization fits you, and the team, as well. Don't be fooled by smiles."

What don't you like about working at Fairview Health Services?

"Poor leadership and recognition of achievement for employees who go over and above."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fix the above issues."
