"Falcon was my company, I was one of the owners. I found importing and exporting a rather exiting business. I had good people which I cross trained and we were a great team."

"The challenges of these times. Stringent Homeland Security/TSA regulations which created great financial and time constraints on the effectiveness of our operation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was the management. The suggestion I would have for myself is I know I did all I could and maybe we should have tried to sell the company a year or two sooner."
