"I would suggest taking a look at what works and trying to improve that and what doesn't work, find out why."

"I was a full time student working on my first Bachelors degree, they were very flexible with my school schedule as well as open to compensation for my hard work. They provided a reasonable benefits package for employees."

What don't you like about working at Family Video?

"Hours of Operation, they were open until Midnight and there were often days were I had to work until 12:30 and then return to work by 8:30 which did not allow for much sleep, there was also not a lot of opportunity for growth without relocation."
