3.6 High consultant turn around. Don't expect to become a salary employee as they generally replace consultants within 1.5 years. However this is a great company to work for if you need something to do while looking for something else.Don't expect technical fields to be held by technical people. Several non-technical people get hired daily into technical fields here. The department I worked in provided access for the entire company but only 5 out of the 17 employees had technical experience.
