"Flexibility when I was going to school and technical encouragement. The software and hardware I worked on was cutting edge at the time. I changed my major from Computer Science to Economics because I was learning much more at work and using the latest technologies. They encouraged me to pursue a general business degree to supplement my growing technical expertise."
