"Do not hire ex military to run the sales team! I loved FedEx but it changed due to management. No one should ever have to expect a manager to ride with them at the drop of a hat. That is unprofessional. No other company does it. In order to make effective calls that would require a manager you need more notice than a call that morning. I was the 4th or 5th to leave the team, and do you really think we all left for better money? Please wake up and realize he is killing your business in Sacramento!"
