"Fidelity is a great place to work. There are a lot of opportunities for job growth and almost all of the staff is willing to work hard to make each other successful. The workplace is one of the best that I've ever been at and compensation is very good. One downside is that all of the technology is so inter-related, it is difficult to get work completed at times."
