"I would just say be honest and trustworthy with all information you give and good luck in the future"

"I would say that I had to take my work home with me at night and weekends and that is a strain on families."

"it was contract work and once the contract was over - work ended or another contract was activated and there was no control of when the contract work would end."

"The company as a whole was very team orientated, weather you were stand alone field operations, participating in the main office or working in a satellite office."

"I only received one bonus in the beginning, all projects were turned over on time and budget if estimating was correct. Self performed many tasks to maintain cost control or improve profit margin."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better accuracy on estimating, value engineering, subcontractor selections."
