"Pros: -Staff are friendly and willing to share knowledge. -Job training is very hands on. -Flexible work schedule with the option to work from home as long as you get you work done. -It's a pretty stable job situation, more hiring than firing. Not a lot of staff turnover. Cons: -Work environment can be kind of cliquey. -Employees have been working together a very long time, and some of them don't like change even if it's for the better. -More knowledge sharing could occur, most decisions are made by 3 or 4 individuals. -Some process improvements are being made, but standards and practices feel their age. You'll pick up a few bad habits. -Things move kind of slowly for a small company. -They overpromise when it comes to compensation. Overall: -All in all it's decent learning opportunity. It's not a bad place to start your career, just don't stay too long."
