"Flashcom gave me my first manager postion. I learned a lot about leading people."

What don't you like about working at Flashcom?

"How it went bankrupt I actually was at the office the day after the assets were auctioned off and turn out the lights."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The owners of the company were a husband and wife team who let ther personal lives get in the way of business which stopped flashcom from being sold and forced it into bankruptcy"
