"The fact that the was no structure, no training inplace for new hires, no regards for family life, no organization."

"Structure, organization, remember that employees are people,not machines."

"I really enjoyed my co-workers and the variety of interaction with the customers, along with being able to provide useful product information and spa service information."

"I would try to speak to someone that works at Avalon to try to get your foot in the door since they are very choosy about who they hire."
What don't you like about working at Avalon Salon and Day Spa?
"There was no room to grow at Avalon since it was a family owned business. Also, there was lack of communication between Supervisors so it caused many disorganization between booking and canceling appointments, along with job duties for the employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that the management be more open to suggestions as to how to improve the work flow of the front desk, as well as to be more organized and to communicate clearly on what tasks needed to be accomplished."

"the suggestion that I have for management will be to research the work of managers."

"I love working with people. I have great communication skills and it was of great pleasure to greet guests as they came in."

"It was very slow most of the time and I didn't have much to do and i've always been the type of person who is always doing something I always want to do more, learn more get challenged.."
