"Good part except if you’re in a higher tax bracket so most go to taxes. Corrupt union and management. They rely on fear to keep you going. They think because they used to be the top job in the state and somewhat the entire region, they can replace you instantly. The politics and bureaucracy is horrendous. They hire the worst candidates for salary positions they can find. And they hire people with 0 industry experience and can’t figure out why it’s not going so great."
