Look at offering the same benefits package to all employees in the same position across the company regardless of the state that their primary facility is in. Provide more communication to the people within the department in the Field.

3.2 I have worked with GEO for over 2 years. As per usual with large companies, they are slow to fix things and are disorganized. However, they are much more efficient than the State or Feds. Their IS security is one of the lowest that I have seen. Their infrastructure is shoddy and new facility equipment is bought without much thought. At the facility level, the environment is very friendly towards MIS if you have a good team despite the onerous workloads.
