"Worked at GCH for many years, first few were great then they were not. Low pay with high expectations of doing everything. When one worker would leave they wouldn't rehire so you took on their responsibilities as well. No overtime it was called comp time. The stress was overwhelming. The mission was awesome but lack of skills and accountability from CEO, which now they have a new one because he was some piece of work. The worst no Human Resources. You were stuck with the abuse of bad leadership. There was no common ground."
