"The immature culture backbiting and non support of managers"

"Provide training to new managers, directors. Most have little or no experience with managing people."

"They are easy on Coops. So bring your good past coop experience and you are in."

What don't you like about working at Globus Medical?

"The enviroment is too professional. Everyone just comes in, works and goes back home. Not much friendliness around the company. A good friendship is needed among co-workers because thats where u spend most of ur day at. Should be a more fun and happening place."

"None- they manage the company well. Its doing great!"
