"Pay is a base plus commission model. The base pay is very low. You're expected to meet metrics and sell teaching aides and equipment. Based on how many lessons you teach and what you sell, you'll make more. The store manager and city manager will get a cut of what you sell and they determine what percentage you make via monthly bonus. If you don't get along with the managers don't expect to make as much as you should."
