"Goodman is overall a good place to work. The management is friendly and approachable. The pay is fair. The downfall Whenever there are changes being made will affect you and your position personally, you are the last one to know. Another downfall, is that all of their internal software is not compatible with Windows 8 or Mac which makes it difficult to get a computer that allows you to successfully do your job and the company does not provide you with a computer."
