"Terrible management company. Feel bad for the condo owners and trustees. Tremendous lack of response from ownership. The son of the owner is unqualified to run a car wash never mind a management business. Staff CPA has no social skills and should not be allowed to talk with managers, owners or trustees. New software platform Vantaca was a bust. Losing accounts and managers who took the brunt of this roll out."

What do you like about working at Great North Property Management?

"Management cares about our opinion. They are available to help us with our Boards at a moments notice. We feel that we are part of a professional team with people who are focused on the mission of supporting our condominium Boards. I have worked for two other management companies and Great North is by far the best. The management is constantly investing in its people and it's systems."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sincere, honest and driven. Our managent is very motivated in providing a high level of customer service. They are looking for very committed very driven people who understand the importance in giving there clients fantastic service. The are not looking for slouches or people who don't get that our customer comes first!"

What don't you like about working at Great North Property Management?

"The Boards we serve can sometime can be a challenge. They sometimes don't understand that we are at the mercy of third party contractors and that to get them to react quickly takes a huge effort."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The continued investment in good systems and great people is the way to go. Keep it up ! Each day I think we are getting more and more efficient and are delivering a great platform of services to our Boards."
