"No clear or concise training with tech they provide ( picking units, SAP Program, MHE Training ) Equipment Training and Certification is slow and not up to OSHA standards Accidents go unnoticed and not reported Leads get so much work load put on them with little pay for what they do Ops Manager is making DC into a Amazon type environment for the DC as well they play favorites to associates Break Room has very poor food options Bathrooms are dirty, no lighting Was wrongly accused of a situation"

The person that retained the position had only been with the company for 1 year. I was rehired with a a different division in April 2013 and once again had my position eliminated in April 2016."

"It's a great place to work if you have a crystal ball to tell you what to do. The management is all over the board and decisions are made based on who's in the room at that time. I had a lot of freedom but then when I was given a project/task it came with little or no information to define the expectation."

"Challenge the sales process and set some definate processes to control things."

"Fewer changes that are well researched would eliminate some of the chaos. Involve subject matter experts and key users in all projects. Invest in the people who do the job and deal with the chaos."
