"Certain individuals were allowed to be abusive, disrespectful, and behave very, very badly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There was an old guard there that protected a tight clique of people so it wasn't very welcoming or warm for anyone with new ideas or different opinions. Certain people in key positions were very good at managing up so top leadership didn't really know what was going on; they should have been more connected to what was happening and not what people wanted them to believe."
