"Make sure you tell them that you want car rentals are just a stepping stone to what Hertz can offer customers. Hertz is big on upselling vehicles & the different protection packages for the rentals."

"The pay is very low for all the management experience I have."

"Instead of threatening to fire an employee for not making sales, reward the employee with higher pay."

"Management is not truthful. Hourly employees are treated as slaves and young children rather then free adults. HR personnel have lost their ability to empathize. The higher up the ladder one climbs the less professional the organization becomes. Racism, bigotry and nepotism run rampant."

"My suggest is very simple. Do what you say you are going do. Understand that employees are the back bone of every company. Treat them well."
