"Flexibility. Not stuck at a desk for 8 hours a day. Employees - Great, fun, crazy people to work with and make my day speed by."

"Work/Home life balance sucks. I put in almost 60 hours a week, and they like to make you feel guilty if you dont work long hard hours. If youre not in the office by 7:30am and leave before 7:30pm they consider you a slacker."
