"Great company to start your career in or to sunset in. HKS has tremendous resources for professional development and figuring out what you want to do with architecture. However, if you have strong goals and aspirations, it will be difficult to pursue those goals as they pigeon hole you based on your strengths not on what you need exposure to. The directors seemed well compensated and operated pretty autonomously if they brought in work for the office."
