There are some down sides to working at Wells Fargo, you can feel a little helpless once the application gets to the processor. A Wells Fargo Home Mortgage consultant can call the customer and keep them encouraged, however it is ultimately up to the processor to the file into underwriting even if home mortgage consultant gets the documents required. This mortgage process will leave a home mortgage consultant feeling a little helpless. As far as sales promotion there is no upward mobility other than management, there is no senior consultant nor a way to promote yourself within sales."
