"Much less management is needed, and more lower-level employees who actually come to work to work."

"Contracts always either expire and cause you to change companies and lose years of service or job loss."

"The position was created and defined using my wide experience in supporting clients directly rather than being managed remotely."

"You have a great deal of experience on the staff, which should be considered. Set up a rotating meeting format to address corporate needs, giving the staff some satisfaction that their views are known."

"You only have to work on one product and it can be very easy at times. You get these people there who make a career out of doing very little work."

"Management must look at the business future as a long-term process, not short-term."

"Check into their competition as the pay could be the same without the bureaucracy. Less travel is probably part of the package, too."

"The management at that time was less than competent. They had some serious issues and HR had to relieve several managers of their positions."

"1) Employees need some positive feedback. Negativity isn't a motivator. 2) Humans need balance in their lives to be productive at work. 24 x 7 is a burnout and stifles creativity and motivation."
