3.3 I worked for 3 years. The staff and principals are very smart and knowledgeable and therefore the company is in for all sorts of challenging and interesting jobs. The company is relatively stable and you may experience a slow but firm career growth and side perks. However, the company is overly competitive and too much finger pointing/politics/yelling and scapegoating are going on.
