"I honestly don't feel it's fair. The only reason I I make what I do is because I'm also paid $1.50 for each room and I clean on average 40 rooms a day plus 7.25 a hour so I can make up to $15 an hour. I wouldn't stay too much longer because I know women who have been employed for over 10 years and still make minimum wage. When I worked at a fast food restaurant in high school I left there making more an hour than I do currently and I've been employed with the hospital for a little over 3 years. I was at the restaurant 11 months."
