"Don't do this to yourself."
What do you like about working at Ibex Global?
"Nothing. You don't get your first paycheck for until a month after you start. Everybody is a liar and you only get a half-hour lunch with no restaurants around. They don't have a cafeteria and the fridge stinks!!!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't waste your time. It's not worth it. Go to another call center!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
What don't you like about working at Ibex Global?
"They dangle the bonus around you and even when you make above the required goal they don't pay you. And when you go to Human Resources, they don't even want to talk to you.Another con is that your lunch break is a half hour and you get two 10 minute Breaks. I contacted the Virginia Labor Board about the issues I've been having with this company and if this does not work I'm contacting a lawyer. Don't do this to yourself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't steal my bonuses or my gift cards. Your Supervisors are stealing."
