"I've enjoyed the professional resources and encouragement I've received to learn everything I can about the subjects falling under my duty. IBM encourages employees to expand to the height of the personal and professional potential and the respect this company has earned in the industry is often reflected by response and attention I've always received when giving presentations to clients."

"Always seek to learn new skills and expertise, seeking to be the best in any field for which you've applied. Also be ready to demonstrate that you are a well rounded individual and involve yourself in company events which help expand your professional network. If you show these qualities to a hiring manager, you will most assuredly be considered for the position."

"My current position is unable to meet my need for a long term position which lasts longer than 6 months at a time. This is despite my supervisor's desire to hire me permanently. I will truly miss my colleagues as I seek a more stable opportunity elsewhere."

"The skill you learned there is not used anywhere else. Which means you will not be marketable if you are chopped."

"When all engineering jobs are shipped overseas, our job situation will be like Hawaii, lots of labor, but no money. It may seem good for the employer at first, but a country of all low skill labor is not what America wants to be. You can't have high skill labor if all high paying jobs are shipped overseas."
