"I was average paid. The problem eventually came in no pay raises and diminishing bonus. Additionally the mandate to work extra hours that were chargeable to the customer but not payable to the employee doing the work."

"I am paid very well. But it has to be weighed with the fact that I have to work overtime to equal my vacation if I want anything other than a sub-par rating for the next year (and negate any chance of a raise or bonus)."

"I started with Terremark in 2007 at 18.00 an hour working in the DC. I moved up through the ranks and, while I was given raises as I moved up, I was not earning as much as the new hires I had to train when they came onboard. Where I was making 90,000 a year base pay and always having 10-30 hrs of overtime, my cohorts were hired on at between 110,000 and 120,000 a year and given the same overtime. I want to be paid what I am worth. I am looking for a place I can grow and learn. If I like my job, which I did, it would be tough to pull me away from it. Even though I was making less, I loved the people I worked with and my working environment which is why I never left it. If I can find a similar situation, you will find I am loyal and work hard to be a positive part of the team."

"Underpaid. Been doing IT Security for almost 20 years now and I know there are others with this experience that are making a lot more. No raises inside of IBM for the past 4 years and the raises before then, based on merit (and I did decent in that area) were still about 1%."
