"any one can get in to this company - they have hired garbage walking on two legs (sales reps on illegal drugs during work hours, sales reps who gamble during work hours on company terminals, sales reps who use company phones to manager their side businesses unrelated to the company sales reps who play stupid, horrible practical jokes and managers do not reprimand. Holding on to the position is precarious at this company, sales reps who cheat and steal accounts/leads are tolerated. Reduction in Force can be 1 minute notice and company will disable your email, computer before you return to your desks."

"constant change in policy, pricing, training, inconsistent managers, changes in managers - 70% turnover rate on employees. Harrassment by certain managers"

"Be fair, know your stuff to help the employees, stop joking or talking sports all the time"
