"Until a few months ago it was a very good working environment, but over the past 6 months, there have been numerous cutbacks in workforce, and outsourced functions have created a great deal of new challenges."

"Pay closer attention to client needs because alienating clients in this economy can have disastrous results."

"Management should learn that you can motivate without bullying, you can insprire with insults and that people are people. We have families, we have dignity."

"I found the excessive micro-managing to be counter productive. Although, I understood where they were coming from, they receive similar treatment from upper management as well."

"They need to come up with ways to keep the sales force happy while producing. Ultimately, they are the company's only hope to make it out of bankruptcy (open)."
