3.7I've worked for Haas Group international LLC Div. of Wesco Aircraft and now part of Incora managing the day to day requirements and needs of up to 47 facilities across the country based off our Chemical Management contract with them. I worked on simple projects like adding new chemical and other items to the customer virtual catalog for ordering through our company to assisting and working with our suppliers on troubleshooting the customers process where they are having issues to determine the root cause of the problem and steps to take to correct. I worked with internal departments adding customers new faciltiies to our program to get the facilities set up in our system with the work areas and deliver to points and the chemicals needed in each work area for on line ordering purposes.
3.4I worked for Incora (Formerly Wesco Aircraft) since 2020. Wesco merged in June 2020 with Patton Air to form Incora. The HR portion of the business needs to be revised and they are based off California Guidelines which is extremely lenient. From an accountability standpoint for leadership, there is none. HR often sides with hourly associates and this is the only company that i have worked for that accommodates all associates regardless of situation. Incora lacks basic structure which is needed for company growth.
