"Been here for long enough to know the pros and cons. Excellent team setup with very bright engineers to work with. However (as with most small/medium size companies), the management is not greatly focused. There are a lot of mis-steps from the management which eventually affects the daily work of engineers. If you are looking (only) for a great team of engineers to work with, this won't disappoint you."
