"The political games that are sometime played between different it groups to get there agenda complished."

"I would suggested that management needs to be flexiable to try to work with the parties and to get the goal completed."

"Very hard to get fired. Very flexible vacation scheduling. Fantastic Retirement plan if it is still around when I retire."

"Ask extremely detailed questions about what you want in a job. Ask for anything you would want up front. You will probably never get another chance to ask again."
What don't you like about working at University of California, Riverside?
"Management is terrible. I never feel like I am going anywhere. When I do a good job no one notices. If I work extra hard I am almost punished for it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would cut the BS and make things much more transparent. There is too much back room dealing and politics."
