"Fair to provide some insight"

"It had a good team of people who knew their job very well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a good place to work,"

What don't you like about working at Ingersoll-Rand?

"Limited educational assistance or training"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were to be so bold it may be to communicate the long term goals of the company and how each employee fits into this plan. It has been my view that when the leadership has developed the understanding it places great value in its workforce a union is unnecessary to compel management to improve the living standards of each family that depends on their goodwill. We all desire to be compensated well with more than platitudes."
