"Good healthcare system, offers good benefits, room for growth/advancement. On the lower end of the pay scale for the area. Pays Surgical Technologist, both certified or none certified, experienced or novice less standby call pay than other OR team members. It's unfair and unjustified since the Technologist make the same sacrifices and time commitments for being on call. The system refuses to fix this pay policy which is why I write this review."

"Inova was a good company to work for. However; they could improve the pay and benefits. They worked hard to be on the cutting edge of efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of patient care. The organization made efforts to recognize each department for their contributions and provided holiday celebrations for the entire staff."

"Inova is an okay place to work. The one thing I enjoyed about it was the freedom with your day. However, that is not to say that it is a very hard company to get projects done with because all the moving parts. My supervisor was a very nice and smart individual and I enjoyed working for him, but the pay was not the greatest for young workers like myself."
