4.6 The company is fast paced. There is a lot to do and a lot I have learned. Because of the rapid growth and success the company is experiencing, there is much room for opportunity and promotions if you work hard and produce. The management is extremely helpful in the departments I have worked with and are very much involved and concerned with my individual growth and happiness here with the company. The best part about working here is without a doubt, the people.

2.9 Devote your life, learn new things, don't get recognized/rewarded. Great people/environment, good/bad practices. Stop swinging the pendulum so hard and commit. Lost faith in management, seen great talent laid off, and people with no talent promoted. Currently a 16 year startup still trying to hit their stride. Opportunities to learn new things and grow, but if you let them suck you in, you'll work lots of extra hours and not get any recognition for it.
